16 oz  whole loin lean pork chops
2 tsp  ground cumin
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  Mango, fresh, slices
1 cup  canned black beans
0.3333 cup  Salsa, thick & chunky, mild
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
  1. Light the grill and spray with the cooking spray. Season both sides of the pork with cumin and salt. Gently spray with cooking spray.
  2. Grill, covered, for 5 minutes then turn over and grill for another 5 minutes.
  3. Mix together the mango, beans, and salsa in a bowl. Top the pork chops with the mango mixture and cilantro.
