2 each  medium zucchini
1 each  eggs
1 tsp  Mustard, prepared, original English, Colman's
0.125 tsp  white pepper
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
1 each  fresh green onions
0 1/2 cup  low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees . Lightly oil a 2 quart casserole dish.
  2. Mix together the egg, mustard, white pepper, nutmeg, onion, and Swiss cheese. Add the zucchini.
  3. Transfer the mixture into the casserole dish. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
