0 3/4 cup  low fat cottage cheese
3 tbsp  lowfat plain yogurt
2 each  medium carrots
0 1/4 tsp  white pepper
1 tbsp  caraway seeds
  1. Mix together the cottage cheese, yogurt, carrots, white pepper, and caraway seeds in a bowl. Transfer into a blender and pulse to a puree.
  2. Chill, covered. Serve with a variety of vegetables.
