16 oz  Brussels Sprouts, fresh
0 1/4 cup  chopped walnuts
1 tbsp  Margarine, 80% fat, unsalted
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
  1. Steam the Brussels sprouts until they become tender.
  2. Melt the margarine in a skillet. Saute the walnuts until they become golden.
  3. Pour over the Brussels sprouts and sprinkle with the nutmeg.
