0 1/2 lb  raw medium shrimp
1 tbsp  unsalted butter
1/2 each  minced garlic
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tsp  grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Rinse shrimp under cool water, remove shells.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. In casserole dish, combine butter, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley . Place dish in oven until butter melts.
  4. Add shrimp and bake, uncovered, 12 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
