3 cup  low sodium vegetable broth
2 tbsp  sunflower seeds
Directions
  1. Pour the stock into a saucepan and bring to a boil then decrease the heat. Mix in the rice and simmer, covered, for 50 minutes.
  2. Fluff then top with the sesame seeds.
