2 cup  snow peas
8 oz  sliced water chestnuts
2 tsp  walnut oil
1 pinch  sesame oil
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Heat the walnut and sesame oil in a nonstick skillet. Stir-fry the snow peas for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in the water chestnuts and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
