8 oz  lean ground beef (10% fat)
1 cup  cooked drained lima beans
15 1/2 oz  Corn, sweet, whole kernel, canned
15 1/2 oz  Tomatoes, red, whole, medium, canned
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0.125 tsp  ground nutmeg
  1. Brown ground beef in pan.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except nutmeg.
  3. Cover and simmer 5 minutes until thoroughly heated.
  4. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
