0 3/4 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, ricotta, fat free
1 tbsp  molasses
6 tsp  Nuts, hazelnuts, whole
6 tsp  sliced almonds
12 tsp  Figs, dried
  1. In food processor fitted with steel blade, add yogurt, ricotta cheese, and molasses. Process until smooth.
  2. Chop hazelnuts and figs.
  3. Transfer to small individual serving cups. Refrigerate to chill.
  4. Top each with 1 tsp of hazelnuts and almonds, and 2 tsp of chopped figs.
