1 lb  ground turkey
1 tsp  canola oil
1 each  small onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 lb  fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp  Flour, arrowroot
0 3/4 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
0 3/4 cup  white wine
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tsp  poppy seeds
1 cup  plain nonfat yogurt
  1. If using ground turkey, cook in a nonstick skillet for 10 minutes, browning all sides. Transfer turkey onto a plate.
  2. Heat the oil in the skillet. Cook the onion and garlic until they have become soft. Mix in the mushrooms and cook until they become soft.
  3. Add the arrowroot, broth, and wine. Bring to a simmer and stir until the mixture becomes thick. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and poppy seeds.
  4. Add the turkey to the mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Turn the heat off and mix in the yogurt.
