1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 cup  sliced white onion
1 lb  turkey breast cutlets
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
1 each  parsley sprigs
0 1/2 cup  fresh cherry tomatoes
Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet. Cook the onions for 10 minutes. Transfer onto a plate using a slotted spoon.
  2. Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook the turkey for 1 to 2 minutes over high heat then turn over and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Set the turkey on a plate and put the onions on top. Garnish with the parsley sprigs and tomatoes.
