4 oz  uncooked elbow pasta
1 each  cooking spray
0 1/2 lb  ground turkey
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 cup  no-salt tomato sauce
0 1/2 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  part skim shredded mozzarella
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cook the macaroni according to the directions on the package. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Spray a 8-inch baking pan with the non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Cook the turkey, onion, and garlic in a non-stick skillet until the meat is browned. Drain the fat. Mix in the macaroni, tomato sauce, thyme, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
