Ingredients

2 each  medium bananas
6 tbsp  Topping, whipped cream, pressurized
6 oz  soft tofu
2 oz  ice cubes
1 tsp  sweetener (sugar substitute)
1 tsp  molasses
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
0 1/2 cup  cold water
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
2 tbsp  chopped walnuts
Directions
  1. In blender, add bananas, tofu, ice cubes, sweetener, molasses, nutmeg, dry milk powder, water, and vanilla.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Transfer into a six dessert dishes and freeze until pudding-like consistency is reached.
  4. Top each with 1 tablespoon of whipped topping and sprinkling of walnuts.
