Ingredients Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, water, lemon juice, and chicken. Let sit for 15 minutes to marinate.
  2. Put the garlic in a nonstick skillet and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the chicken. Stir-fry for about 9 minutes or until browned on all sides. Season with tarragon and pepper.
