0 1/2 lb  sliced zucchini
0 1/2 lb  sliced summer squash
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  oregano leaves
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
Directions
  1. Mix together the squash, zucchini, garlic, oregano, and pepper.
  2. Bring a kettle of water to a boil. Put the squash mixture in a steamer basket and place over the water. Steam, covered, for about 2 minutes. Drain.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and toss with the oil.
