3 lb  spaghetti squash
2 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 tsp  black pepper
  1. Bring a kettle of water to a boil. Cook the squash for about 30 minutes. Transfer the squash onto a plate, then scoop out and throw away the seeds.
  2. Extract the pulp onto plates using a scraping motion with a fork. Drizzle melted butter over the squash. Sprinkle pepper on top.
