1 each  Rutabaga, fresh, large
1 each  sweet potatoes
0 1/4 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 cup  nonfat dry milk powder
3 tbsp  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Put the rutabaga and orange sweet potato in a saucepan. Simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes. Drain.
  2. Transfer the rutabaga and orange sweet potato in a blender. Add in the cayenne, nutmeg, and milk. Pulse until blended.
  3. Pour the mixture back into saucepan and cook until heated through. Top with the parsley.
