1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 lb  potatoes, fresh, medium
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 tsp  dried rosemary
  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Saute the garlic for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Toss to mix.
  2. Raise the heat to medium and cook, covered, for 15 minutes. Take cover off and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
