1 1/4 cup  oat bran
0 1/4 cup  sunflower seeds
2 oz  seedless raisins
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 tbsp  fructose sweetener
0 3/4 cup  fat free milk
1 each  eggs
1 tbsp  walnut oil
1 each  cooking spray, for baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Mix together the oat bran, sunflower seeds, raisins, baking powder, and fructose.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the egg and walnut oil. Add to the oat bran mixture.
  4. Fill cooking spray coated muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake for 15 minutes.
