4 each  Pears, fresh, small
0 1/2 cup  Juice, apple
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 each  cinnamon sticks
2 each  whole cloves
2 tbsp  sliced almonds
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Set the pears in a glass baking dish.
  2. Mix together the apple juice, lime juice, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Drizzle over the pears.
  3. Bake, covered with foil, for about 20 minutes. Remove cinnamon stick. Serve warm or chilled. Top with the almonds.
