2 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
0 1/2 tsp  salt
1 each  bay leaves
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  celery seeds
1 lb  boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
  1. Pour the broth into a pot and bring to a boil. Mix in the salt, bay leaf, pepper, and celery seeds. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until the middle is not pink. Transfer the chicken onto a plate using a slotted spoon.
