2 each  medium potatoes
2 each  medium garlic cloves
6 pinch  black peppercorns
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
0 1/4 tsp  salt
1 pinch  paprika
  1. Put the potatoes in a saucepan. Mix in the garlic and peppercorns. Fill the saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes then drain.
  2. Beat until creamy with electric beaters. Pour back into the saucepan. Mix in the milk and salt. Cook to heat through, stirring to blend. Top with paprika.
