2 each  medium pears
2 each  medium apples
0 1/2 cup  fresh cranberries
2 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
1 each  cinnamon sticks
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 tsp  nutmeg, ground
0.125 cup  walnut halves
Directions
  1. Put the apple, pears, cranberries, orange juice concentrate, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg in a saucepan.
  2. Bring just to a boil, then decrease heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 to 20 minutes over low heat. Remove cinnamon stick.
  3. Strain. Place the walnut halves on top.
