  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk peanut butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
  3. Transfer custard to small oven-safe baking dish or divide custard between 4-ounce, oven-safe ramekins. Place in larger oven-safe baking dish. Add 1" boiling water.
  4. Bake 45 minutes until custard is set in center and toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Chop peanuts.
  6. Remove from oven. Divide chips and peanuts and sprinkle on top of each dish. Cool and serve.
