8 each  small potatoes
1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted, whipped
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. Skin the potatoes and put in a steamer basket. Steam, covered, over boiling water for about 15 to 20 minutes then drain.
  2. Put the butter and parsley in a bowl. Combine with the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
