Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place the egg whites, milk powder, water, flour, butter, and nutmeg in a blender. Pulse for 15 to 20 seconds. Spoon the batter into cooking spray coated muffin cups.
  3. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon of Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes then decrease the heat to 350 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes longer.
