1 lb  raw medium shrimp
0 1/2 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 tbsp  grated orange peel
0 1/4 cup  Juice, orange, fresh
2 tsp  sesame oil
2 each  medium garlic cloves
2 tsp  fresh ginger root
0.125 tsp  black pepper
2 each  fresh green onions
  1. In large skillet, mix shrimp, broth, orange zest, orange juice, garlic, ginger root, pepper, and onions.
  2. Cover and let stand 15 minutes to marinate, stirring occassionally.
  3. Turn heat to high and bring to boil. Cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
  4. Drizzle with sesame oil and transfer to serving bowl.
