1 lb  fresh green beans
1 each  medium red bell peppers
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp  sesame seeds
1 tsp  sesame oil
  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for about 2 minutes. Drain then rinse under cold water.
  2. Transfer into a bowl. Add the bell peppers, soy sauce, sesame seeds (optional), and sesame oil. Toss to mix.
