1 each  medium bell peppers
1 each  chopped green bell peppers
1 each  medium bell peppers
0 1/2 cup  creamy garlic dressing
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 tsp  capers
  1. Preheat the broiler. Lightly char the bell peppers under the broiler. Turn to char all sides. Transfer into a paper bag and seal.
  2. Once the peppers have cooled, peel, core, seed, and slice into strips. Set the peppers on a plate and drizzle the garlic dressing on top. Season with pepper and top with capers.
