1 1/4 lb  Lobster, northern, raw
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  chopped parsley
Directions
  1. Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Put the lobster in the boiling water head first, cover, and cook for 8 minutes. Drain.
  2. Remove claws and crack them at the thickest part. Pour any liquid off. Set the lobster on a cutting board with the stomach up. Split it from the heat to the tip of the tail.
  3. Put the claws and halves on a plate, spoon the lemon juice on top, and decorate with the parsley.
