1 lb  small potatoes
1 tbsp  Butter, unsalted
1 each  large garlic cloves
1 each  medium onions
1 tsp  curry powder
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  fresh lime juice
0.125 tsp  salt
1 pinch  ground cayenne (red pepper)
  1. Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Cook the potatoes, covered, for about 15 to 20 minutes then drain.
  2. Melt the butter in a nonstick skillet. Saute the garlic and onion until they become soft. Mix in the curry. Stir in the parsley, lime juice, salt, and cayenne. Combine with the potatoes.
