Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick saucepan and saute the shallots. Cook the bell pepper until they become tender. Mix in the curry powder.
  2. Stir in the chicken and stir fry until there is no pink in the center. Mix in the lime juice.
  3. Once ready to serve, add the yogurt. Garnish with the parsley and almonds, if desired.
