1 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
0 1/2 each  fresh lemon juice, per fruit
2 tbsp  plain yogurt, whole milk
0.125 tsp  black pepper
1 pinch  salt
1 lb  swordfish fillets
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch  paprika
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In small bowl, combine watercress, lemon juice, yogurt, pepper, and salt. Set aside
  3. Coat both sides of the fish with olive oil. Season with paprika.
  4. Broil fish for 8 minutes, turn cook additional 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with lemon-watercress sauce.
