1 each  medium avocadoes
1 pinch  black pepper
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/4 each  medium onions
1 tbsp  sliced jalapeno pepper
0 1/2 each  plain yogurt
0 1/4 cup  whole milk
1 pinch  salt
  1. Remove membrane and seeds from jalapeño pepper. Peel, core, and quarter avocado.
  2. In blender or food processor fitted with steel blade, blend avocado, lemon juice, onion, and jalapeño.
  3. Add yogurt, milk, salt, and pepper. Blend until dressing is smooth.
