  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cover the chicken with the olive oil and set in a baking dish. Pour in the wine and lemon juice. Sprinkle the tarragon, basil, and pepper flakes on top. Coat both sides of the chicken with the mixture.
  3. Cover with a sheet of foil and bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
