2 lb  kale, chopped
1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil
1 each  small onions
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
3 tbsp  cold water
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 oz  bacon bits
  1. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  2. Add kale, pepper, and water.
  3. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Add lemon juice and bacon bits. Stir well. Serve.
