2 tbsp  tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  Pinch of Herbs seasoning
1 pinch  ground oregano
0 1/2 tsp  minced onion
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
1 pinch  salt and pepper
