16 oz  lean lamb loin chops
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  dried rosemary
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat the broiler.
  2. Mix together the garlic and rosemary. Rub the mixture on both sides of the lamb chops, and sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes then turn over and broil another 4 to 5 minutes.
