1 cup  cold water
2 cup  fresh green peas
1 tsp  vegetable oil
4 each  Mushrooms, fresh, large
3 each  fresh green onions
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Cook the peas for about 5 minutes then drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Saute the mushrooms and green onions until they become tender.
  3. Add the peas and soy sauce. Toss to mix.
