0 3/4 lb  Carrots, fresh, baby, medium
0 1/2 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth
1 pinch  onion powder
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 tbsp  whipped butter
  1. Put the carrot slices, broth, and onion powder in a saucepan. Cook for about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain then add the lemon juice, ginger, parsley, and butter.
  3. Toss to mix. Serve.
