Ingredients Directions
  1. Put the fillets in a nonstick skillet. Mix together the lemon juice, garlic, onions, ginger root, and bay leaf.
  2. Spoon the mixture over the fish. Cover the skillet and bring to a boil. Decrease the heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
  3. Remove the bay leaf. Serve with the lemon wedges and parsley if desired.
