1 each  cauliflower, medium head
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 each  large garlic cloves
1 tbsp  toasted sesame seeds
1 pinch  paprika
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Pour 2 quarts of water into a kettle and bring to a boil. Cook the cauliflower for 2 minutes then drain.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Brown the garlic. Mix in the cauliflower and sesame seeds.
  3. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the paprika and pepper.
