1 cup  fat free milk
3 each  eggs
1 tsp  vanilla extract
0 1/4 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp  nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp  instant coffee granules
2 tsp  fructose sweetener
1 pinch  salt
1 tbsp  chopped hazelnuts
  1. Pour the milk into a saucepan and heat. Turn the heat off.
  2. Put the eggs, vanilla, carob powder, milk powder, coffee granules, fructose, and salt in a blender. Blend on a low speed. Add milk. Blend for about 1 minute.
  3. Transfer into a metal tray and set in the freezer. Stir occasionally. Before serving, mix in the hazelnuts.
