1 lb  top round steak, lean
0 1/4 cup  ginger teriyaki marinade
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  chopped parsley
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  butter
0 1/4 tsp  onion salt seasoning
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
  1. Preheat the broiler. Put the marinade in a bowl and let the steaks marinade for 15 minutes. Turn often to coat both sides. Throw away the marinade.
  2. Combine the garlic, parsley, dijon, butter, and salt.
  3. Broil the steaks for 4 to 5 minutes then turn over and broil for another 4 to 5 minutes. Take out of the broiler and brush the dijon mixture on both sides. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and cut the steaks into slices.
