1 lb  turkey breast cutlets
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
2 tbsp  light mayonnaise
1 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  black pepper
1 pinch  paprika
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the broiler. Spray the broiler pan with the cooking spray.
  2. Combine the mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a bowl. Coat only one side of the turkey with the mixture and broil on that side for 5 minutes.
  3. Turn over, coat the other side with the mixture. Season with pepper and paprika, and broil for about 1 minute. Garnish with the parsley.
