1 lb  sole fillet
2 tbsp  dijon mustard
1 tbsp  mayonnaise
1 pinch  black pepper
1 each  fresh lemons
2 tbsp  chopped parsley
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Coat broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish on broiler pan.
  3. In small bowl, mix mustard and mayonnaise. Coat fish with mixture. Sprinkle with pepper.
  4. Broil fish for 8 minutes or until flakes easily with fork.
  5. Garnish with the parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
