16 oz  fresh bean sprouts
1 each  medium cucumber
1 tbsp  Vinegar, apple cider, filtered
1 tbsp  sesame oil
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp  cold water
1 tbsp  sesame seeds
1 pinch  chili powder
Directions
  1. Place the sprouts in boiling water for about 1 minute then drain and cool. Mix together the sprouts and cucumber.
  2. Combine the vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and water in a bowl. Add the cucumber and sprouts. Toss to mix.
  3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chili powder.
