1 each  whole chicken, raw
1 cup  low fat buttermilk
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/2 tsp  paprika
0 1/4 tsp  ground thyme
0 1/4 tsp  salt
2 cup  Cereal, corn flakes, plain
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with the cooking spray.
  2. Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Coat the chicken with the buttermilk.
  3. Put the garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and cereal flakes in a plastic resealable bag. Add the chicken to the bag and shake to coat.
  4. Put the crunchy chicken pieces on the baking dish and bake for 50 minutes.
