1 each  small apples
0 1/2 each  medium bananas
1 each  medium oranges
0 1/2 cup  Grapes, Thompson seedless, fresh
1 tbsp  frozen orange juice concentrate
0 1/4 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp  part skim ricotta cheese
0.125 tsp  ground ginger
0.125 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
1 tbsp  walnut halves
  1. Mix together the apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, and orange juice concentrate in a bowl.
  2. Place the yogurt, ricotta, ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla in a blender. Pulse to blend.
  3. Divide the fruit into 4 bowls. Spoon the yogurt sauce on top of each. Set a walnut half on top of each.
