Ingredients Directions
  1. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper. Put the chicken and olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes. Transfer onto a plate
  2. Saute the onion and garlic. Mix in the tomatoes, bay leaf, and marjoram. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the corn and chicken. Cook until heated through.
